Former Tcf Bank Demolition for Future Cvs Pharmacy
Burnsville, MN
Complete building and site demolition of a former TCF Bank building to accommodate the construction of a new CVS Pharmacy.
The project is located on the NE corner of Burnsville Parkway and Nicollet Ave in Burnsville. Most of the materials such as the metals and concrete were sorted on-site and sent for recycling with the remainder of the debris sent in Atomic Recycling’s dumpsters where it was sorted at their facility.
Approximately 65% of that debris was then also able to be recycled. The work was performed for Wellington Management of St. Paul
Long Lake Rain Gardens
Apple Valley, MN
Construction of a 2 cell rain garden for the City of Apple Valley. It was constructed to improve water quality for the runoff that enters Long Lake.
The City of Apple Valley was the engineer and owner.
Woodridge Park Pond Improvements
Cottage Grove, MN
Construction of a pond with a clay liner for the City of Cottage Grove. It was constructed to hold water allowing sediment to settle out improving water quality downstream. Also included was a bike trail connection.
The City of Cottage Grove was the owner and Stantec was the engine
